You will be joining an established commercial team undertaking QS duties on a new build housing development in the South East. This role is predominantly office based and plays a key part in ensuring the profitable delivery of a large-scale housing scheme.
We are seeking candidates with a background in residential development, any experience of modular building systems would be an advantage but is not essential. This tightly knit team has a project mentality and is passionate about delivering more sustainable, higher quality housing using off-site manufacturing.
Skills and Experience:
* Preferably educated to a degree standard, or equivalent
* Minimum three years’ experience of new build housing
* A strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills
* Confident and effective in building relationships with key stakeholders
* Strong contractual knowledge
