Nicholas Associates Group is recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client for a Production Engineering Manager, to join committed and multi-disciplined team based in their manufacturing facility that has recently undergone a significant amount of investment.

KEY DUTIES
- Provide leadership to the Production Engineering Team including Process, Design & Maintenance.
- Control and develop the site layout plans and value stream layout / organisation / standardisation plans.
- Support the reduction in overall manufacturing costs
- Identify, evaluate and implement tooling and equipment
- Carry out design for manufacture assessment
- Carry out Make vs Buy` analysis / costing
SKILLS & EXPIRENCE
- Hold a formal qualification (Degree, HND / HNC) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Systems or related disciplines.
