Finance Executive (full-time 35 hours per week)

We have a fantastic position working at our Warwick site within the Finance team. Reporting into Finance Manager you will have the following essential skills:-
* Must have relevant working experience in a Finance Department
* Excellent time management & organisational skills
* Great attention to detail
* Strong verbal & written skills
* At least Intermediate MS Excel skills
* At least Basic MS Word skills
* High level of Customer Service
Desirable skills for the role are:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP system
* Knowledge of Worldpay and Amex payment gateways
Duties will include:
Accounts Payable:
* Processing invoice/credit notes
* Setting up foreign payments
* Dealing with queries/rejects
* Weekly payment runs
* Process credit card charges
* Assist with chasing missing bank details
Accounts Receivable:
* Accessing, downloading and reconciling settlement files from AR payment gateway
* Process credit card refunds
* Assist customers with any queries
General admin:
* Assist with preparing any banking
* Deal with day to day telephone & e-mail enquiries
* Assist in other areas of the Dept as & when required to support the team

* Live within 15 miles of Warwick
