Caretaker/Cleaner - Excellent rate of pay - Newmarket - Part Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, Early am & Evening pm
Our client is a professional office and commercial cleaning company with over 25 years' industry experience.
They are looking for a dedicated Caretaker/Cleaner to join their friendly company to clean and caretake to a high standard for an exciting new contract in Newmarket.
Full training is provided.
What will the Caretaker do?
* Unlock/lock the premises as required
* General small maintenance works
* Security, fire, and water checks
* Health and safety assessments
* Assist the cleaning team with small amounts of cleaning
* Promote good health and safety practices
What does the Caretaker need?
* Full training will be provided
* You must live locally
* Reliability, flexibility and an enthusiastic approach to a variety of tasks
* You should have a positive, hands on approach
* Must be an exceptional cleaner
* Strong attention to detail with a pro-active attitude
* Enjoy working as part of team and independently
