Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - M40 / M4 / M5 Corridors
Rate:£45K to £50K Per Year    Benefits: + bonus + Car / Car Allowance

Basic to 50,000 + Annual Bonus + Car / Car Allowance
Newbury / Reading / Oxford / Warwick

* Do you enjoy selling to Developers and House Builders
* Are you skilled at selling to surveyors rather than buyers
* Have you sold solutions aimed at the social housing sector
* Can you demonstrate a track record of opening doors

You will be covering the M40 / A34 / M4 corridors selling a structural build solution to Developers / House Builders / Main Contractors generally at surveyor and other technical specification level.

Your new employer is very well respected and well known in their sector and has recently invested in CNC solutions which have improved efficiencies and the time that it takes to fulfil orders.

Working, with the backing of your Sales Director, estimators, designers and a factory team who work hard to insure that the product is of excellent quality. Whilst you will manage existing accounts on the region your main focus initially will be to open new accounts. In many cases your employer is trading with these accounts in other areas and in particular the South East. Typical sales values average over 500,000 which equates to about 20 housing units.

The company is fully supportive of its employees and has been generous in its financial support during Covid 19.

Whilst figures suffered slightly at the start of the pandemic they have bounced back and their Directors feel that this is an ideal time to invest in an additional sales person.

You will be able to demonstrate a track record selling to House Builders and Developers with your decision makers being technical rather than the buying function. In addition, exposure to sales within the affordable / social housing sector will be a distinct advantage.
