Permanent - £65,000 + £5,000 car Allowance

I'm currently working with a large, well known company in the motoring industry who is looking for an experienced IT Voice Manager to join the team and be responsible for the responsible for all the call delivery, Cisco-hosted telephony, Acqueon automated outbound dialler, Teleopti workforce management, zoom call recording and quality monitoring, Semafone PCI telephony payments and RMG display systems.

This is primarily a proactive leadership role (managing staff and partners) with three key areas of accountability; ensuring high levels of service availability, effective configuration and optimisation of the technologies, and managing and implementing new services through the Voice Technologies development roadmap

On a day to day basis, you will be:

- Accountability for the operation, uptime and business capability of all Voice Services

- Responsible for the commercial aspects of all fixed Voice services, including Outsourced service costs; Telco / NGN costs and internal team costs

- Leadership of the L2-L4 Voice support teams (line management of direct reports; management of 3rd party providers

- Leadership of the IVR Team that manage the provisioning, change and decommission of all IVR CallFlows

- Managing a team- responsible for ensuring the right level of skills and capabilities in their team

- Accountable for operational stability of Voice infrastructure areats

They are looking for candidates with the following experience:

- Proven experience in leading a Voice Services function (at least 2 direct reports)

- Proven experience working within 24/7 IT operational environment

- Proven experience of designing, implementing and operating Voice Services

- A minimum of 3 years experiencing working as a senior technical expert in the following fields:
- Cisco Contact Centre / UCM (including Finesse)
- Call recording (ideally Zoom or equivalent)
- Outbound Dialler ideally Acqueon or equivalent)
- Workforce Management (ideally Teleopti or equivalent)

Education and Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent

- Preferably Cisco UCM accredited.

- ITIL version 3 Foundation (minimum)
