Description: ServiceNow Consultant

An international consultancy is urgently seeking an experienced Service Now Consultant to join their team. You will be responsible for leading the ITSM requirements gathering and be familiar with core ITIL processes. The project focuses on the success of the ITSM requirements.

Key Criteria for the ServiceNow Consultant:

* 5+ years’ experience with Service Now
* ITIL V3 Foundation Certification or higher
* CIS ITSM Certification
* Familiar with integration concepts like SOAP, rest, MID server
* Agile / Scrum hands on is a plus
* Experience with other product line (HR, ITOM, PPM) is a plus

This project requires fluent Dutch/French speakers but also someone who speaks fluent English
