Rate:£40K to £45K Per Year    Benefits: Bonuses
Description: We are looking for an exceptionally bright and ambitious real estate investment analyst to join a leading asset management business in Central London.

You will need to have at least a master’s degree in real estate/finance/investment from a top University, as well as advanced excel skills and a passion for the real estate sector.

To be considered for this role candidates MUST be fluent in speaking either German or Dutch, as well as English.

Responsibilities for the role include:

* Developing and preparing detailed financial models to evaluate real estate investments
* Reviewing, underwriting, conducting due diligence and executing new acquisition, development and disposition projects
* Analysing the market for supply and demand fundamentals and macro trends
