We are searching for a Members Club Manager. Drawing on your membership /club experience you’ll be working in London as the Members Club Manager to help set up & establish a new venue for high net worth customers & then assist in its ongoing development to help propel the client in achieving their ambitious goals.

You’ll be joining a unique client, part a group of pioneering companies which have a clear goal to develop skills in young people in the Cornish region with environmental & sustainable ways of working deeply entrenched in how that will happen.

Title: Members Club Manager / Membership Manager / General Manager.

Locations: Central London with occasional visit to Cornwall office

Salary: Competitive Salary/Benefits TBA

Duration: Permanent post.

Start Date: Client will wait for the right person.

After you hit your initial goal of getting the club up & running you’ll then be responsible for the smooth day to day operation of the membership club providing best of breed service (Concierge services & Event management) to the members made up of business and individuals. In addition you will use your experience to increase membership numbers, development of the membership scheme, activity and communication management

You’ll ensure the smooth running of the club either by liaising with group support services or by taking responsibility for delivery of other elements. You’ll augment the management team, project teams, departments & work closely with suppliers / partners in identifying improvements to processes/ways of working to continual improve the service to the members.

It goes without saying you will be a charismatic, personable, friendly, enthusiastic person with a can do attitude, drive & a self-starting work ethic. Apart from your proven experience in Membership Management & working in a customer care and service sector, providing the best customer experience out there you will have a passion for the environment and taking positive action in sustainable work practises.
