Job Title: Cnc Programmer
Location:West Byfleet, Surrey, England
Rate:£29K.0000 to £40K. Per Year    Benefits: Overtime
Description: Our client require an experienced Mill/Turn setter, operator and programmer with proven 'lights out' experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of Setting, Operating and programming on twin spindle twin turret Mill/Turn machines. Working with DMG Mori, CMZ or Traub machines would be beneficial but not essential. As would EdgeCAM experience.

We especially want to leave this machine to run 'lights out'. Full training will be provided on this new machine by DMG Mori. We are looking for the right person and want to hire someone ASAP to test their skillset on our other machinery first. Hence any candidate must be prepared to run our other Mill/Turn machines with Fanuc and Siemens control.

Role will include;

* Programming, setting and running primarily a DMG Mori NZX2000 and possibly CMX TD30 and Traub TNC65.
* Set the machine up to run 'lights out'.
* Adjusting existing programmes.
* Programming of new jobs (either on the machine or with EdgeCAM).
* Maintaining a level of self-inspection throughout a batch.
* Working within a team on the section.
