This software company has a suite of cloud-based software products around all stages of the supply chain to the life sciences and pharmaceuticals sector. They ensure the right medication reaches the right patients, but also unlock the profitability of doing so. They deem themselves “The Salesforce of supply chain”! They now need a Technical Support Engineer fluent in French to help support these products.


The experience required for this role is as follows:

• Fluency in French
• At least 2 years of commercial experience in a technical support and troubleshooting role
• Previous experience supporting enterprise software applications – this is software PRODUCT support
• UNIX – Experience in utilising the Unix command line interface
Please note, for this job you need to be able to speak French! There’s no point applying if you can’t.


This is software PRODUCT support: NOT network support, or desktop support, or Windows support but product support: You’d be supporting proprietary software applications. This is a Technical Support Engineer role, helping customers who are implementing or using solutions from the suite of cloud products. This will take a combination of problem-solving, technical and interpersonal skills.

With this growth rate, another year down the line the team could be split, necessitating that you manage half of it! Alternatively, from here there are routes into professional services (implementation consultancy) or the Customer Success team.
