Description: Are you looking for a varied Head of HR Role where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and be empowered to do so?

Would you like to have an active part in supporting strategic HR projects & business initiatives within a Global HR Team to help drive performance, processes and culture forward?

We are currently looking for an experienced Head of HR to join a well-respected, growing, global pharmaceutical company who are a world leading provider. As Head of HR, you will work with the business as a member of the Senior Leadership Team & a Senior Business Partner to initiate, develop and lead strategies to support site and corporate business goals.

Due to the rapid growth of the business we are looking for a commercially aware Head of HR who has a background in either Pharmaceutical or Food Manufacturing with Change Management experience in order to handle large scale growth with the ability to add value to the wider business.

You will partner with the senior stake holders to help develop and implement the people plan, interpreting relevant people insight into actionable improvements. You will do this either personally or managing through the HR team and HR centres of expertise of which you will be responsible for their delivery.

This role will be reporting directly to the Global Head of HR Operations, with 5 direct reports covering both the UK & Ireland.
