Job Title: Renewals Advisor - Salary OF 23,300 -

Rate:£23,309.00 Per Year
Description: Renewals Advisor – Reading – Salary of 23,300 plus benefits
Our client, a leading company based in Reading are currently looking to recruit a Renewals Advisor to join their team. Previous experience of working within insurance is essential for this role. The role is a mixture of renewals and providing high levels of customer service.

Duties:

* To act as the primary point of contact for the clients and establish effective relationships with them.
* To renew clients in line with agreed targets.
* To achieve new business levels in line with agreed targets.
* To identify and develop new business opportunities.
* To provide accurate reports incorporating activity and results.
* To update and maintain records on core systems.
* To work closely with relevant support teams to provide excellent service to clients.

Experience Required:

* Proven experience in Insurance, having previously working for an insurer or broker.
* Proven background in effective relationship management, both internally and externally.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Competent in the use of MS office.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
