HR Administrators Job in Milton Keynes

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy HR department of a heavy engineering manufacturing company in Milton Keynes working with the HR team, to provide HR administration support.

Working proactively to influence and support managers, to deliver a wide remit of activities including recruitment, absence management, employment relations and payroll, this varied role will provide a challenging and rewarding opportunity to deliver a first class HR service and influence and shape employment practice within the organisation.

the HR Administrators Job in Milton Keynes will give you the opportunity to
·Support the HR team in delivering both high quality strategic initiatives and transactional services
·Work with line managers for allocated recruitment exercises to conclusion ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and alignment with business objectives.
·Ensure all HR administration is up-to-date and dealt with in a timely, accurate manner
·Source and arrange training ensuring best value for the business at all times and ensuring training records are kept up-to-date
·Deliver high quality HR support for employee related issues in the business e.g. policies & procedures, performance management, reward, employment legislation, recruitment, redundancy, disciplinary & grievance, pension administration, expat management, headcount and salary budget management, etc.
·Provide and co-ordinate a complete HR Administration service
·Maintain accurate HR records and systems including, SAP, TMS, ADP, Risk Advisory and any other systems.
·Maintain all trackers i.e. new starters tracker, recruitment tracker, training tracker
·Raise PO's and track them
·Manage the car park lists and car permits
·Ensure all Uniform is ordered in a timely manner
·Send out company announcements/notices and to ensure the company notice boards are up to date.
·Ensure all new starters paperwork is sent from offers to induction paperwork, include the creation an issuing of new and replacement ID badges
·Undertake pension, travel documentation and other associated documentation for employees if required
·Support the recruitment and selection process, to include documentation for new starters and pre-employment checks
·Produce regular statistical reports on HR information e.g. Starters, leavers, turnover, recruitment, sickness absence, other absences, ethnic monitoring etc.
·Administer the probation process ensuring Managers know when review meetings need to take place
·Work with the Occupational Health provider to facilitate screening for staff.
·Sort and organise pay slips
·Accurately take minutes of meetings
·Any other administration related tasks
