Job Title: Oracle Dba / Database Administrator
Location:Sutton Coldfield, West Midland
Rate:£350 to £375 Per Day    Benefits: Long term contract opportunity

- Hours: Daily 7.4 / Weekly 37
- Location: West Midlands: Sutton Coldfield
- Contract Length: ASAP to 30/03/2019
- Security Clearance Level Required: SC - Security Check

An experienced Oracle Database Administrator / DBA is required by government client to:

Support the design, install and configuration of an Oracle installation to support a Data Warehouse/Analytics solution on a Windows Platform

Activities include but are not limited to:

Implementation of Schema design
Integration with other products including Business Intelligence Tools.
Data Population Migration of Schema
Implementation of database security and resilience.
Ongoing support and maintenance of Oracle 12c multi-tenanted configuration, Cognos, Pentaho and Oracle EDQ

Provide support to exisiting in-house team in the support and maintenance of exisiting Oracle based applications including RMAN backup and recovery and Oracle Dataguard

Skills/Experience required

Essential - Oracle 11/12 DBA, ETL, Data Warehousing, Oracle Dataguard, Business Intelligence Tools
Desirable- OLAP, Oracle Multi-Tenanting, Support of Java / TomCat Applications
