Our client is a large multinational software house that aims to create software that protects workers by improving productivity and enhancing compliance. The company based in Cambridge and are looking for a Scrum Master. The Scrum Master alongside the entire company, use cutting edge technology combined with forward thinking and innovative strategies to streamline, automate and improve our build and deployment processes within software development. The successful Scrum Master will oversee facilitating all scrum related activities including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective, and product demos.

Required skills...

 

- Minimum 2+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Ability to identify and manage risk
- Strong leadership and organization skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, and people and team building skills
- Must have the ability/ experience to train and/or others on the scrum methodology and framework
