Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Rate:£22K to £25K Per Year
Description: Hours: 40 Hours per week (some shift/some business hours) - overtime as and when needed.

We are currently working with a Global Supply Chain/Logistics provider within the West Midlands. They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, who is used to leading a team.

Duties on a day to day basis will include the following
. Looking after both permanent and temporary staff within the warehouse
. Providing training, conducting disciplinary procedures, 121's etc
. Responsible for managing goods in, storage and dispatch of orders
. Ensuring that items are booked in correctly
. Making sure that picks and deliveries are made on time
. Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are met

As a person you will need the following experience & Qualities:
. Previous experience of working within a busy warehouse at Supervisory level
. Strong IT skills and knowledge of WMS
. Excellent time management skills
. Ability to motivate a team
. Counterbalance or Reach FLT license would be advantageous
