Job Title: 2nd Line Support Analyst
Rate:£24K to £28K Per Year
Description: We are looking to recruit an experienced 2nd line support analyst with experience of providing support in a Windows environment to join an application support team as a 2nd line support analyst.

This is an opportunity to join an application support team to provide 2nd line support. You will be supporting a Windows based software product that is a market leader in its field. You will ideally have in excess of 12 months experience either providing application support or desktop support in a busy help desk / service desk environment. As this is a client facing role you will need excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.

This is an opportunity to join move into application support and develop your career in a customer facing role application support role. You will need a sound foundation in IT support including providing 1st and ideally 2nd line support. In return you will be trained in our clients application and given the opportunity to join an organisation that has been growing consistently and has a policy of promoting internally whenever possible.
