Job Title: Part - Time HR Manager
Location:Coventry
Rate:£28K to £29K Per Year
Description: I have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and confident HR Manager to join a family friendly company with a national presence. Flexible hours to suit candidate minimum 20 hours a week.

Work in close partnership with senior management to prepare and implement HR strategy
Design and work across HR projects
Support managers and team leaders on all recruiting matters
Advise managers and provide guidance on HR policy and procedures
Keep up to date with UK employment legislation
Manage investigations and complex employee relations issues including redundancy, grievance and poor performance as well as bonus & rewards and review benefits.
Develop and maintain HR policies
Monitor all employee records to include maternity, paternity requests and absence and sickness and provide regular reports to the senior management team and make recommendations.
Manage HR personnel files to ensure they are kept up-to-date
Develop starter and leaver procedures

Must be a proactive and have good knowledge of employment legislation.

Requirements:

Qualified CIPD level 5 member
Proven HR generalist experience on both strategic and operational level
Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of employment law
knowledge of Sage Payroll advantage.

Accurate Record Keeping
Excel and Word Experience
Mail merging
