My client has an exciting opportunity for a Bid Executive to join their growing Sales Team on a permanent basis in London.

You will be required to assist with the production of the proposal response for regional or SME Business Units, deliver compliant and professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes and co-ordinate review and edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.

Duties include:

* Assist in collating all proposal efforts.
* Participate in the development and review of proposal themes, and contribute to the development of a Proposal Management Plan (PMP).
* Taking responsibility for communicating and responding to clarifications across client portals in an efficient manner. Ensuring that Q&A’s are logged within the bid folder and addressed during bid progress meetings.
* Work with the Sales Lead to create bespoke responses.
* Ensure completion of PQQs opportunities aligning responses to the key win themes determined by the Sales Lead whilst ensuring that all questions are answered and complaints.
* Create and review of proposal outlines with the Proposal Manager that will be used as a key document design.
* Assist in analysing the RFP/bid requirements against the proposal outline to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the customer’s issues and needs.
* Build the proposal compliance matrix and track the fulfilment of all requirements.
* Review completed storyboards and proposal sections to ensure requirements are adequately addressed and that customer page limits are not exceeded.
* Contribute at regular proposal progress status meetings and maintain the proposal schedule.
* Direct writing/editing/rewriting efforts, as needed.

* Previous experience in a similar role or at least have strong sales administration/support experience
* Have the ability to communicate and respond to requests
* Document template management in line with company branding
* Strong prioritisation skills
* Excellent attention to detail
