A large Professional Services client of Williams Kent is seeking an innovative Senior Reward Manager with gravitas to support their business during an exciting time as they are implementing a new appraisal system (SAP) and a new performance related pay model. They are a matrix organisation who operate a shared service model.

This role will be working closely with the Head of Reward and is ideal for someone who has experience leading reward strategy and would like a step into a larger organisation.

You should have:
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Experience working in a large organisation and leading strategy at a Reward Management level.
• Ability to work confidently under pressure.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Managing the pay function across the business.
• Supporting the implementation of new systems and change within the business.
• Job sizing and benchmarking roles across the UK and Ireland and the Financial Services function.
• General support of the Development of HR & Reward strategy.
