Job Title: Helpdesk Support Analyst
Location:Norwich
Rate:£10 to £13 Per Hour
Description: We need a talented Helpdesk Support Analyst for this Norwich based organisation. This helpdesk support job is on a rolling monthly contract, likely to be for a minimum 3 months.

You will be taking 1st Line Helpdesk support calls from users and logging the incidents in their helpdesk application. You are responsible for resolving a large proportion of the helpdesk calls logged and where appropriate passing the calls on to the relevant technical support teams.

The right person for this Helpdesk Support job is likely to have a good mix of:

• Strong understanding of ITIL
• Good Customer Service skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Citrix experience (from a support perspective, not server side)
• MS OS and Office products
• Good team player
• Experience of working on a Helpdesk

This helpdesk support job is on a rolling monthly contract, likely to be for a minimum 3 months
