Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Description: Are you a Sales Support and Customer Service professional in search of a fantastic opportunity to further enhance your career?

An excellent opportunity for a Sales Support Executive, with a passion for providing exceptional sales support and customer service has arisen with a friendly and well respected Health care organisation.

The Sales Support Executive will have the following responsibilities;
Ensure that all orders are processed to deadlines and in order of importance to the business.
A logical thinker with the ability to handle cases and deal with all queries in a polite, efficient and professional manner.
The management of consigned stock and dealing with related queries.
To coordinate, input and maintain pricing on internal database system.
Act as first point of contact on a day to day basis to customers and field sales team.
To gain a thorough understanding of the Health-care industry and all aspects relating to product knowledge, systems and customer requirements.
To liaise directly with customers, via the phone and in future more regularly face to face, in order to form long term proactive relationships building customer trust and confidence.

The successful candidate will be a confident and proactive team player who can use their initiative and make decisions quickly and efficiently, with a passion for problem solving.

You should have first class communication skills and a high level of attention to detail, as this role provides the opportunity to visit and liaise with clients to further develop and enhance business relationships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as good problem solving and enquiry handling ability. You should also be numerate with accurate data entry, Microsoft office skills, and previous experience of order processing. SAP experience would be highly advantageous but is not essential if you have other strong system experience.
