Job Title: Contracts Manager - Water Treatment Plant Construc

Description: THE ROLE

I am now seeking an experienced site based SENIOR CONTRACTS MANAGER to work on the construction of a new build Water Treatment plant based in in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Experience in the use of FIDIC is essential along with previous experience of contracts management on heavy civils projects.


My client is a large firm specialising mainly in water related projects. They work on projects worldwide.


You will be a Senior Contracts Manager with experience in the use of FIDIC

Fluent English, written and spoken is essential.

You must have experience of reviewing of contracts, preparation and validation of subcontracts.

You must have a suitable qualification i.e. Degree in Quantity Surveying or civil engineering or similar and have sound knowledge of FIDIC along with experience in civil works and good knowledge of Standard Methods of Measurement.

You must have at least ten years or more experience in the Contracts Management of construction projects.

Salary is around 100000 to 135000 Euro per annum plus accommodation and utilities, car with driver, good pension scheme, healthcare, flights and bonus.
