Job Title: 1st/2nd Line Ict Support

Description: 1st/2nd Line ICT Support Staff

I require 1st/ 2nd line support contractors to work in a small dynamic team on a an initial 3 month contract with possible extensions.

* Minimum 3 years Call Centre/Service Desk operator experience in a large organisation.

* Ability to provide excellent customer service via the phone and using remote technologies.

* Minimum 3 years Active Directory administration experience.

* Minimum 3 years Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013 and M.S Exchange 2010 experience

* Minimum 3 years Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 Desktop support experience.

* Good application knowledge in the use of: Office 2010\2013, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, covering Office versions 2003 - 2010.

* Ability to use scripts, knowledge and questioning skills to resolve incidents at 1st

* Ability to accurately record and log calls paying attention to call quality and detail

* Ability to handle and progress support requests within agreed SLA timescales.

* Excellent time management and communication skills.

Length of initial contract: 3 months
