What will the role of Client Account Manager entail?

At Safety Media we are looking for a dynamic and confident professional to join our proactive Customer Experience Team in North Wales. You will be allocated in the region of 80 customer accounts to manage relationships and provide a superior customer service.

Your role will include fully identifying the individual needs of your customer portfolio and maintaining regular contact with them, predominantly via the telephone however will include site visits to meet customers in person (around 20% of your work will be face to face).

By understanding their company culture and objectives, you will help them realise the full potential of our solutions. You will also support new customers with their implementations, building relationships from the outset by understanding their requirements and launch plans. This will include training the administrators and with the rest of the team responding to inbound customer questions.

What will I need in order to be considered for this Client Account Manager role?

- Be an outstanding customer service professional with a proven track record

- Have a passion for building great relationships with clients

- Be astute at identifying your customers' needs, and have worked towards and delivered targets and, be motivated by them

- Be pro-active and exhibit great time-management skills

- Be an excellent verbal and written communicator

- Self-motivate

- Display confidence and tenacity

- Hold a full UK driving licence
