Job Title: Reception Services Manager
Location:City of London
Rate:£30K to £40K Per Year    Benefits: comprehensive benefits
Description: Our client, one of the UK's leading property management firms, is seeking a Reception Services Manager to join their team, and manage their exceptional concierge team across their multiple commercial sites.

Responsibilities of the Reception Services Manager:

UK wide support commercial reception operations
Strategic planning of the reception services, to ensure all sites are fully staffed
Line management of a Reception Services Assistant Manager
Creating new business opportunities where appropriate, and ensuring an exceptional services is received by all existing sites
Working alongside security managers to ensure a joined-up working process
Recruiting new Reception staff across all sites
Contract management of suppliers, ensuring regular reviews and that KPIs are defined and met
Ensuring staff are fully trained, and rewarded where appropriate e.g. staff recognition schemes
Working with Finance teams to provide cost models
Involvement in quarterly meetings and quarterly audits to ensure a best in class service is received
Acting as first point of contact for all queries from the business relating to concierge staff

Reception Services Manager - what we're looking for:

Previous experience of managing concierge functions for a multi-sited business is essential
Strong management and leadership skills are a must, as is a proven track record in rapport building
Flexible attitude, with the willingness to travel to multiple sites across the London area, with travel nationally on occasion
An individual who will thrive in a fast paced, and sometimes challenging role
Core hours are 9am - 5.30pm, but contact outside of these hours as a liaison point may sometimes be required
