They now require an Office Manager to join & to help the CEO, senior managers and wider team, continue to take the organisation and companies in its group forward in their growth.

Title: Office Manager/Executive PA to CEO

Location: Launceston.

Salary: 26,000 - 29,000 dependant on experience.

Term: Permanent

This is a diverse Office Manager role with elements of providing some support to the directors, office coordination, some HR and Finance assistance so having the ability to prioritise your work load is key.

A hardworking but fun environment, where you will be encouraged to develop your role and take on more responsibility as you get settled in. You will need to be a confident and clear as there is a requirement to liaise with external partners at a very senior level, stakeholders, customers and suppliers.

Duties: (not an exhaustive list)

* Personal Assistant duties to the CEO to include diary management, carrying out tasks on their behalf and call fielding.
* General Office management, ensuring office is run in an efficient way.
* Setting up meetings, booking travel and accommodation
* Supplier liaison.
* Correspondence.
* Ensuring new starters have offer letters/ contracts and they are inducted correctly.
* To assist with general HR/Accounts.
* Keep policies and procedures up to date.
* Completing any ad-hoc tasks when required.
* Front of house duties such as welcoming guests visitors to the office, answering and screening calls
* Preparing Powerpoint Presentations

* Can do approach to work and problems.
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Inquisitive nature.
* Attention to detail
* Can work using your own initiative
* The ability to work effectively under pressure / deadlines.
* A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook Word, Excel)
* Experience dealing with customers / stakeholders in person, writing and via the phone
