Based in the heart of Watford

Your responsibilities:

- HR Coordination / HR Administration
- Source and attract talent for open vacancies, some of which are complex, senior roles
- Building a rapport with and utilising recruitment agencies as appropriate
- Dealing with general day to day HR processes
- Update all HR systems with personnel, confidential data
- Run, create, amend, review HR related reports
- Type general HR confidential correspondence and deal with HR emails.
- Deal with HR related queries over the phone and by email.

Key Skills

- Ability to work well under pressure completing all tasks
- Ability to work well alone and within a team
- Previous recent HR experience that includes recruitment and selection activities
- Flexible
