Administrator:

Providing support to the Client Engagement, Relationship and Communications teams by undertaking a specified range of administrative duties under supervision and direction

Key Responsibilities:

* Contribute to team meetings
* Take notes / minutes at team meetings
* Update and maintain key documentation (Employer Administration Guide, FAQs, etc.) as directed by the Client Relationship Manager
* Update and maintain the Client Feedback Tracker as directed by the Client Relationship Manager
* Produce Management Information as directed by the Client Relationship Manager
* Update Client Dashboards as directed by the Client Relationship Manager
* Update and maintain the employer communications roadmap / framework as directed by the Client Relationship Manager and Employer Communications Officer
* Update and maintain the CRM database as directed by the Client Relationship Manager
* Maintain employer contact details
* Support the Employer Communications Officer in the set-up and running of IAP meetings
* Build and maintain positive relationships with members of the Client Engagement, Relationship and Communications teams
* Actively manage own workload to ensure that targets are met
* Keep up to date with personal development

Your Experience:

* Confident communicator
* Excellent organisation skills
* Good written communication skills
* Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Proficient in Excel and formulae
* Good numerical skills
* Attention to detail
* Prior experience of updating documentation
* Prior experience of note / minute taking
