9.00am – 5.00pm Monday - Friday

Our client, based in Newcastle under Lyme is a successful distributor; they are currently looking to recruit a "Sales Administrator".

You will be working within a close team and be able to demonstrate a keen eye for attention to details as you will be responsible for processing orders.

As a "Sales Administrator" responsibilities will include:

* Dealing with orders that come into the business
* Processing all orders on to the system
* Speadsheet work
* Taking payments from customers
* Dealing with all administration that goes alongside the orders
* Deal with general enquires related to the orders

Desired skills and knowledge:

* Excellent customer service skills
* Administration experience
* Proficient on Microsoft Office especially Excel (need to be a competent user)
* High level of attention to details
* Knowledge of Sage 200 would be beneficial but isn’t essential
