Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Rate:£18K to £20K Per Year
Description: We are seeking a Service Administrator to join this busy Devizes based Service Office.

Key responsibilities:
• Generate reports from database and on line compliance system.
• Contact customers by telephone and email to arrange bookings
• Raise jobs on systems and allocate to Field Service Engineers
• Liaise with internal and external customers throughout the Booking process, to qualify information and keep all stakeholders updated and informed.
• Ensure that key operational data is kept up to date on the computer system on a timely basis
• When required, interrogate internal systems to provide relevant information, paperwork/certificates for external customers
• Respond to incoming calls to the Service Office Team, in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Ensure efficient planning and prioritisation of time to ensure accurate and speedy completion of tasks
• Identify and escalate problems and queries outside area of responsibility to line manager in a timely and efficient manner
