Legal Works is delighted to be recruiting for this international law firm currently seeking a solicitor (3-5PQE) to join their expanding Capital Markets Team based in the London office which focuses on Financial and Corporate work.

The Team regularly advises issuers, agents & investors in connection with private placements of equity, debt and hybrid securities. Latterly they have worked with financial institution clients to devise new distribution methodologies for securities to raise capital in tough markets.

Working alongside other capital markets lawyers, this role requires a solicitor / Lawyer 3-5PQE who has experience advising clients on the sale of securities to institutional investors.

You will have experience advising clients such as insurance companies, pension funds, banks, mutual funds & foundations on investment. General finance experience is expected although the remit of this role will focus on private placement work. Any international experience is very much of interest.
