Who will I be working with?

Lodge Initiatives is a well-established, fast growing business specialising in the wholesale of automotive parts across the UK and Europe. For over 15 years the company has been supplying parts from the world's biggest manufacturers and European motor brands. The professional, friendly team prides itself on developing long-term and meaningful client partnerships, and benefits from having multi-lingual colleagues.

Supporting ambitious growth plans, the company has made a significant investment into facilities, with a recent move to an 11,000 sq ft site in Deeside, near Chester. Lodge Initiatives takes care of its colleagues as much as customers, and there are plenty of opportunities for career progression.

So, what will the role of Sales Administrator entail?

Reporting to the UK Sales Team, as the Sales Administrator you'll be primarily responsible for handling inbound customer queries via telephone and email, and occasionally making outbound calls to potential customers from provided up-to-date warm leads. Duties will also include but not be limited to:

* Processing customer orders and advising customers on the status of orders
* Monitoring sales performance
* Liaising with the warehouse and despatch department
* Arranging shipment of orders

What will I need to be considered for this Sales Administrator role?

* Proven experience in an office administration role
* High level of attention to detail and methodical approach to work
* Confident telephone manner
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative
* Timely and accurate typing and data entry skills
* IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* A valid UK driving licence and own transport is required, due to limited public transport in the area

What will I receive in return?

Salary: £19,000 plus company bonus scheme

Attractive Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and pension scheme

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Sandycroft, Deeside (Flintshire, North Wales). Conveniently located near to Chester, the Wirral, A55 and the M56.
