We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join our enthusiastic team.

Responsibilities:

- To provide excellent levels of customer service and support at all times
- Handle customer queries on accounts
- Accurate processing of customer orders, paying great attention to detail
- Raising and advising quotes
- Processing orders
- Liaison with internal and external departments
- Liaison over the telephone and email
- Updating of all in house systems as required
- Any other reasonable duties which relate to the smooth running and operation of the department

Candidate’s:

- Must have excellent customer service skills and previous experience in a similar sales Administration role
- Able to work well in a busy environment to a high standard
- Great ICT / Microsoft skills
- Great levels of attention to detail
- Great organisational skills
- Proactive and professional
