Job Title: Administrator
Rate:£20K to £25K Per Year
Description: A chance to work in a brand new team in a modern and high spec office. Due to recent contract successes this well known brand is looking to expand its admin team.

The opportunity:
The successful candidate must be available for a March 2018 start, having relevant experience, strong IT skills and be highly organised and confident in using systems.
You will be responsible for providing and ensuring that all administrative processes for the department are undertaken in a timely manner, assisting with the collation of reports, dealing with correspondence appropriately and efficiently to ensure the requirements of the Department are met. other duties may include:

•Collation of information for monthly management reports
•Organising meetings and taking minutes
•Printing out documents and preparing project and sub-contract files.
•Organising copying of documents and distribute as required.
•Filing of sub-contract quotations.
•Updating the database
•Monitoring client portals and downloading/uploading information as required.
•Archiving tender documentation as required.
