Job Title: HR Administrator
Location:Coventry
Rate:£20K Per Year
Description: Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for HR Administrator for a global manufacturing company based in Coventry.

The purpose of the HR Admin is to support the HR Manager and provide a professional and quality HR administrative service.

Duties will include:
• Maintaining employee records both paper based and digital
• Analyse sickness absence and update absent analysis spreadsheet
• Assist in recruitment
• Manage all starter and leaver documentation and process
• Prepare induction paperwork
• Manage all changes to T&C’s documentation and processes
• Assist with salary review process
• Liaise with payroll on any HR related matters
• Ensure all documentation is standard
• Take notes at investigation and disciplinary meetings
• Ensure company/department organisation charts are kept up to date

The successful candidate will be degree educated with previous administration experience. Although not essential, it is desirable that the candidate will be working towards CIPD qualification.
