As we are going through a period of dynamic change, we are welcoming a new Portfolio Manager to contribute in taking our most successful event to the next level.

The Portfolio Manager will take on highly varied role, involving both production and project management of our #1 event with the highest revenue across the business. This is the perfect opportunity for a deeply passionate Senior Conference Producer, who wants to take the next step into a position with a broader range of responsibilities across an established portfolio of events.

With 3 direct reports, will actively take part in the production, business development, event management and relationship & brand awareness of the portfolio. This is a role that requires an individual with a solid experience in conference production and product management, who will hit the ground running and thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment!

Key responsibilities:

• Production: extensive research, develop new formats & quality check existing content, creating new & interactive features, produce high quality programmes ++
• Business Development: Deliver new products, build the commercial ecosystem, actively contribute of maximum quality attendance ++
• Event Management: Set and monitor the quality of your events onsite ++
• Line Management: Manage 3 direct reports, promote “best practice” across the teams, mentor and train junior team members ++

The candidate:

• Solid background in Conference Production, Product Development & Project Management
• Track-record of producing successful, large-scale events
• Solid understanding and experience in community and content marketing
• Energic, motivated and excellent communicator
• Deeply passionate about all aspects of events
