Seeking an experienced Project Coordinator, Order Validation & Provisioning Coordinator to work for a global telecoms & internet company in the capacity of Change Coordinator / Change Manager. The role will take ownership for order validation, project coordination & the tracking & management of planned network changes and customer orders.

This is a good opportunity for an experienced Change Coordinator to assist in the administration and coordination of customer projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from order validation through to successful delivery & completion. You will gain exposure to the delivery of successful corporate infrastructure projects for a broad range of network, connectivity, internet & communications solutions.

The Change Coordinator role is accountable for the order management, enablement, provisioning & service delivery of new services, customer migrations and changes to existing corporate customers solutions, working on behalf of the customer service management team.

The Change Project Coordinator role will be responsible for customer & project support, including the coordination of all Change Management activities including:

# Receiving change order requests

# Order validation & systems entry

# Project administration & coordination

# Delivery & analysis of key project activities

# Project schedule coordination & project tracking

# Problem management, incident management & troubleshooting through to successful resolution

# Ticket management using the remedy system & project reporting

# Customer liaison

# Project analysis

# Management information reporting

Typically this will be for a broad range of Wide Area Network (WAN) based products and services across Voice, Data & Connectivity infrastructure. This includes ADSL, SDSL, Ethernet, Leased Lines, ISDN, IPVPN, MPLS etc.

To be considered for this opportunity candidates must possess previous experience within a Change Coordinator, Provisioning Project Coordinator or Network Deployment Project Coordination role.

Ideally candidates will have a broad understanding of ISP, Telecom or similar Network technology products and services, which may include WAN, Voice, Data, Connectivity, ADSL, SDSL, LLU, Ethernet, Cisco, IP Networking, IP/VPN, MPLS etc.

Candidates with strong analytical skills, relationship management, customer services and concise communication & reporting abilities are required. Previous experience of providing support to major corporate customers is essential.
