This is a Technical Manager role that will challenge you and will require an individual to have experience of major retailers as well as ideally having worked with chilled products.

Our client is a multi-site company that has substantial growth plans for 2018 – this is a rewarding role yet it will also require great strategy plans from the Technical Manager. If you have proven experience of training, developing and commercially expanding the site we want to hear from you.

You will have all the responsibility for technical across the site ensuring all operations are following food safety and consistently meeting the retailer’s legal requirements. The head of technical will need to identify, evaluate and lead implementation of new technologies and always work towards the best practice.

I am searching for an experienced and decisive Technical individual that will join this business at a pivotal time to help drive through change in both culture and systems.

This is a challenging role and therefore we need you to be self-motivated, confident and extremely well organised.
