Job Title: Customer Delivery Analyst / Business Analyst

Our client develops a big data software application, which provides behavioural and predictive analysis based on consumer data. The software allows their customers to capture vast amounts of data and visualises the key trends in the data, so that they can make commercial decisions around fraud prevention.

Your responsibilities will include:
Own delivery and contribute to development, design and enhancement of regular daily/ weekly/monthly fraud processes across Unsecured, Secured and Commercial products.
Deliver the minimum fraud prevention rules for projects by liaising with technical departments, users and other colleagues as required.
Liaise with key stakeholders as required, to ensure joined up approach and understanding of underlying trends.
On-the-job coaching and development of other team members (e.g. design of analysis, problem solving techniques, fraud trends and prevention techniques).
Work directly with customers (internal and external) during a project delivery to gain detailed understanding of the customer, system, process and data.

The ideal candidate will have most of the following:
Experience in the fields of transaction monitoring, fraud detection, peer-group analysis, and AML/CFT
Experience in building and developing rule/model validation programs
Ability to analyse large sets of complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and provide clear business recommendations based on analysis
Highly proficient in SQL, excellent data mining and data manipulation skills
