Job Title: Service Team Leader

Rate:£28K to £33K Per Year    Benefits: Benefits
Description: We are exclusively working on a brand-new vacancy for a Service Team Leader to join a global leader in electronics manufacturing. This organisation pride themselves on encouraging innovative idea’s and exceeding customer expectations. As the Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining customer service targets and managing the aftersales process efficiently and effectively to improve commercial performance.

Responsibilities

* Ensuring high standards of customer service is being provided to the customers, retailers and end users
* Proactively managing the aftersales process including training and coaching of team members
* Ensure customer complaints are resolved within the set targets and meeting performance standards
* Oversee the warranty process to ensure they are operating at a high standard
* Provide insight, analysis and reporting to senior business leaders
* Maintain relationships with aftersales Service Agents monitoring KPI’s and service output

This role will suit an Aftersales/Service Manager. You will also enjoy working within a fast-paced environment and will have excellent data and reporting skills. You will have a strong character and has experience of line management as well as the ability to set targets and monitor the performance.
