The opportunity:

A unique opportunity to join an international LSE event organiser and take responsibility for the long-term development of a multi-million pounds event portfolio.

The role:

You will take responsibility for leading a team of 3 sales people responsible for delivery of 4m+ of sponsorship revenue across various market leading events.

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and very well organised Sponsorship Manager to lead this top performing team into the next phase of growth. A commercially minded individual, the successful candidate will have significant input into the strategy and future direction of this award winning event portfolio.

Main responsibilities for this role are as follows:

* Implementation of process and structure across the portfolio and teams
* Establishing and nurturing key strategic partnerships
* Management, development and mentoring of a high-performing sales team
* On-going development of portfolio business development strategy
* Key Account Management (Tier 1 Accounts)
* Event & Project Management

We are looking for someone with:
* Min 5 years’ experience in sponsorship management
* A strong track record of success in team leadership and people management
* Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of success driving event growth
* Ability to add real strategy into the commercial focus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
