Job Title: Principal Structural Engineer

Description: THE ROLE

A great opportunity for a PRINCIPAL STRUCTURAL ENGINEER to join my client, a successful firm of consulting engineers in BUCKINGHAMSHIRE.

You will working on a wide range of projects for the private and public sectors.


Our client is a successful firm of consulting engineers with a number of UK offices.

They offer excellent ongoing training and CPD.


You will need to have a Degree or HND in Civil or Structural Engineering and ideally be MIStructE or MICE qualified.

You will need to have worked on most construction and building types including timber, masonry, structural steel and concrete.

Good communication skills are essential to be able to deal with clients and the professional team. Also experience of liaising with the clients etc.

You should have good all round design and project running experience and be able to brief and supervise engineers and technicians.

You should have worked for another firm of consulting engineers or multi discpline consultants.

Some experience of Fastrak Building Designer and TEDDS plus CSC Structural Office and RCC Spread Sheets is preferred.

Salary is very negotiable according to your experience plus a range of company benefits on offer.
