The role:
We are seeking a talented, 360-degree recruiter to add to our established team. Although specialist / niche market recruitment experience is an advantage, it is not essential.

This role involves contract AND permanent recruitment.
This is predominantly a business development role, with typical duties consisting of the following:
• Generating new business via telephone calls to potential clients
• New and existing client visits
• Advertising of roles through use of Broadbean
• Filtering of applications and matching the best candidates
• Managing the interview process
• Business Partnering to both client and candidate
• Negotiation
• Account development of existing Clients
