A leading household brand is currently on the lookout for a number of Renewals Advisor across the East Midlands. The Renewals Advisor is based in Loughborough and offers a very competitive basic salary with an OTE of CIRCA 30k pro rata, offering part time hours

THE ROLE
The purpose of the role is to convert sales leads through proactive outbound campaigns in an attempt to gain repeat and grow new business. To achieve this it is the sales advisors role to explore the needs of the customer, so that we can offer the customer a tailored package that meets the customer’s individual requirements, other tasks involve:
• Increasing sales productivity
• Updating of the in-house CRM systems
• Organisation of own diary to book in calls
• Meeting and exceeding achievable targets

Due to the nature of this role as a Renewals Advisor the ideal candidate will have the following skills?
• Be able to work on their own initiative in order to achieve the set requirements.
• Be a team player and feel comfortable in communicating with work colleagues.
• Have a positive and outgoing manner, but with an ability to take control of a situation.
• Show self-motivation and have the necessary drive to achieve the best results.
• Show attention to detail.
• Show good organisation skills in order to manage customer’s accounts.
• Be reliable and trustworthy, as the role requires dealing with customers’ personal information.
