Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location:Norwich
Rate:£25K.00 Per Year    Benefits: 45000
Description: A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join my Norwich based client.

You will be dynamic and enthusiastic with the ability to develop my clients business and support their network of franchisees and clients as they continue to grow. Reporting into the Director, you will assist the Franchisees with launching and managing their new business, continuing to work with them to get the best possible results over the term of their agreement.
You will also be responsible for the development of the client base, focussing on the acquisition of national and regional businesses requiring their services.
The role will involve some travel during business launches and client management, and you will have a company car provided with the role.

Key areas of Responsibility
•Launching new franchisees in territory
•Coaching franchisees to success, and identifying key areas of growth potential
•Acquisition of new clients on a regional and national basis
•Dealing with incoming sales enquiries through to completion and making outbound enquiries
•Monitoring franchisee performance
•Assisting with daily business operations

Based at their head office just outside Norwich, you will come from a proven operational sales background - ideal industries would include franchising or property. You will also have managerial experience, and be a strong forward thinking professional, able to work in a largely autonomous role - the ability to get the job done is key.

As well as a competitive salary you will receive excellent OTE and a company car. Dependant on experience the salary package would be negotiable and can be discussed prior to interview if necessary.

Experience
•Team and Account management experience essential
•Property market knowledge/experience preferred
•Experience of a franchise environment preferred
•B2B client management and acquisition
