Job Title: Sap Scm Project Manager / Business Partner
Rate:£50K to £70K Per Year    Benefits: Car + Bonus + Bens
Description: SAP SCM Supply Chain Project Manager or Business Analyst sought for an excellent FMCG Technology (IT) focussed Business Partner role!

You may be at a point in your career where you feel the next logical step is to act more consultative to the Business and bring your Technical expertise and polished communication skills to the forefront by serving the Business Unit, advising on Technology needs, making suggestions, managing expectations and handling key Stakeholders.

We are looking for passionate technology individuals who know Supply Chain Planning well and ideally the pace of an FMCG client.

Your background could be from a Consulting company and you may feel you wish to now work directly for the client and become the catalyst for change from within? Or you may already be acting the capacity of IT Business Partner for the likes of a FMCG company, Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing organisation where the Supply Chain is fast.

The core product at play here is SAP SCM and you will be required to demonstrate an deep understanding of this from a planning perspective. Of course, we also require a broader knowledge of IT and Technology, especially those which are more up to date as possible solutions in the market place. Digital / Cloud technology for example.

The role will be based in West London, you’ll be earning a salary of somewhere between circa 50 to 70K relative to your experience and skills, + 10% Bonus, 8.6K Car Allowance + Bens (Pension, Family Healthcare etc.). Ideally, Degree educated with a 2.1 or higher, you will most likely have a background as a Technical Implementation Consultant, a Project Manager or even Business Analyst,. You will be able to demonstrate that you have Consulted around and influenced the usage of technology in the Supply Chain arena, with a view to making the business more profitable and efficient.

On a typical day you could be…

• Participating in a workshop to understand and capture a specific aspect of our demand planning process
• Writing up requirements; reviewing epics or user stories
• Defining a data flow, or an interface to better serve a specific business problem
• Documenting a business process with a specific value target
• Analysing data to understand relationships between two systems
• Collaborate with solutions teams to provide guidance on priorities and remove impediments
• Shadowing planning teams, or visiting one of our manufacturing sites to understand business needs

You can demonstrate experience in some of the following…
• Exposure as super user, trainer or implementation of SAP Supply Chain modules (SCM)
• Deep understanding of sales & operations and demand planning processes
• Worked in a manufacturing setting with dynamic sales force and fast order lifecycle
• Introduced measurable improvements through process & technology
• Value driven mind-set
• Process definition and optimisation
• May have worked in industries: Pharma, CPG, FMCG, Retail
• Project management foundations
