Description: First Line Helpdesk / 1st Line Support (Active Directory, Windows 7 / W7) - Ghent, Belgium – 3 - 6 months - €€€€

ONLY DUTCH & ENGLISH SPEAKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

The First Line Helpdesk / 1st Line (Active Directory, Windows 7 / W7) support will have 3 years’ experience in a similar function.

Your responsibilities as a First Line Helpdesk / 1st Line Support (Active Directory, Windows 7 / W7) you will be responsible for:

* Ensure the First Line / 1st Line end user support to guarantee the business continuity within the company
* Remote PC Support (trouble shooting, IE, Pulse Secure, …)
* User access management on: Active Directory, Windows 7 / W7, Microsoft Office tools

The ideal candidate for the First Line Helpdesk / 1st Line (Active Directory, Windows 7 / W7) project will have the following profile:

* Dutch/English
* 3 years’ relevant experience as IT Helpdesk Support
* Good Communication skills
* Experience in Active Directory, Windows 7 W7 and Microsoft Office Tools
