Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Rate:£16,500 Per Year    Benefits: Bonus
Description: Permanent "Inbound Customer Service Advisor" position in Crewe.

Our client, an established well-known family brand in Crewe, are looking to appointment an Inbound Customer Service Advisor on a permanent, full time basis.

As an "Inbound Customer Service Advisor" duties will include:

* Providing "customer service" and product knowledge to existing customers
* Creating bookings on the system
* Calling customers to provide a reminder for their appointment
* Sending appointment information via email and post
* Sending out booking confirmations
* Working within a team to achieve the team target
* Advising on additional products if what the customer is after is unavailable
* Working within a team and individually
* Ad hoc administration


* Open plan, bright office environment
* Monthly and quarterly incentives
* Pension scheme

Skills and knowledge that is desired but not essential:

* Knowledge of providing customer service
* Knowledge of working to targets and up selling

Salary: 16,500 + bonus

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
